Terms of Service

Effective May 18, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, and related services operated by Lionheart Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Lionheart," "we," "us," or "our"), including hopenetwork.io, Hope Wallet, Hope Chain Explorer, Hope DEX, and other Hope-branded testnet tools (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Hope Testnet Software (Wallet, Explorer, DEX)

Certain Services are provided solely for development, testing, proof of concept, and hackathon demonstration on the Hope public testnet (chain ID hope-testnet-2). These include Hope Wallet (post-quantum signing demo), Hope Chain Explorer, and Hope DEX.

  • Hope Wallet tests experimental post-quantum transaction signing on testnet; it is not a certified security product.
  • Testnet tokens—including HOPE, TATOM, TETH, TUSDC, TBTC, and similar symbols—have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency or assets on other blockchains.
  • Lionheart does not custody your keys or funds. Hope Wallet is non-custodial: you control your keys and approve each signature.
  • We do not operate a cryptocurrency exchange, broker-dealer, money transmitter, or payment service in connection with Hope Testnet Software.
  • “USD” or “$” labels on testnet interfaces are display-only. They are derived from quantities of test tokens in liquidity pools (often paired with TUSDC, test USDC) multiplied by public reference rates for labeling. TUSDC and all other test pool tokens have no monetary value. These figures are not quotes, offers, balances of real money, or proof that test tokens have value.
  • Hope Testnet Software is not connected to Ethereum, Bitcoin, Cosmos Hub mainnet, or other production networks for transfer of real assets.

Hope application platform (campaigns & events)

Separate Hope application experiences may offer charitable campaigns, events, governance, and related features under additional policies shown at the point of use. Hope Wallet’s App Store listing describes testnet wallet functionality, not donations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable law in your location.

No investment or financial advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Testnet activity is for testing only. Do not treat testnet tokens or displays as financial products.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for safeguarding recovery phrases, passcodes, and devices. Lionheart cannot recover lost credentials or reverse blockchain transactions you approve.

You must not use the Services for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of testnet infrastructure, RPC endpoints, faucets, or third-party integrations.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIONHEART AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lionheart from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence.
