Privacy Policy

Effective May 18, 2026

Introduction

Lionheart Labs LLC ("Lionheart," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Hope websites and applications, including Hope Wallet, Hope Chain Explorer, Hope DEX, and related Hope platforms.

Scope

Hope Wallet stores cryptographic keys (including keys used for experimental post-quantum testnet signing) and passcodes on your device. We do not receive your recovery phrase or private keys in normal operation.

Hope Testnet tools may transmit wallet addresses, public keys, and transaction data to Hope testnet RPC/LCD endpoints and block explorers for functionality.

Information we collect

Depending on which Services you use, we may process:

  • Wallet address and public key when you connect or sign (visible on-chain and to dApps you approve).
  • Device-stored data: encrypted wallet backup, passcode-derived keys, biometric unlock preferences (stored locally via iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
  • Camera access (Hope Wallet): used only to scan QR codes for signing or connection; images are not uploaded to Lionheart servers for storage.
  • Connection sessions (Hope DEX / Explorer): when you link Hope Wallet via QR, session metadata may be stored in Supabase (session ID, address, expiry) to complete pairing—configured by the deploying environment.
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser or app version, and request metadata when you access our websites or APIs.
  • Support communications: information you send to support or legal email addresses.
  • Optional analytics: if enabled on a given deployment, aggregated usage events (we do not sell personal data).

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and improve the Services (RPC queries, transaction broadcasting, QR linking).
  • Operate testnet faucets and mission rewards where configured.
  • Respond to support and legal requests.
  • Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use Hope Wallet recovery phrases or passcodes for advertising.

We do not treat testnet token balances as customer funds or bank accounts.

Third-party services

The Services may rely on third parties, including:

  • Hope testnet infrastructure (e.g., test-gateway.hopenetwork.io).
  • Supabase (wallet link sessions for DEX/Explorer QR connect, when enabled).
  • CoinGecko or similar APIs for reference rates used only to label testnet pool token amounts (including TUSDC legs) as “USD” in the UI—test tokens, including TUSDC, have no monetary value.
  • QR image generation (api.qrserver.com) on some web flows.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play for app distribution.
  • Hosting and CDN providers for hopenetwork.io, explorer, and swap subdomains.

Data retention

Wallet link sessions in Supabase are retained only as long as needed to complete connection (typically hours) and may be deleted automatically on expiry.

On-chain data is public and permanent on the testnet ledger.

Support emails are retained as needed for correspondence and legal compliance.

Security

Hope Wallet uses device secure storage and encryption for secrets. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use strong passcodes and protect your recovery phrase.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to processing in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
